Random number generator news headline cutup poetry #2

Needing a break at work a few days ago and suffering from that day's absence of weirdness and chance, I used a random number generator to create a cutup-style poem from the words in The Washington Post's "In the News" links. I think it captured a little of the present moment's terror, absurdity, stupidity, and information overload, so I'm going to keep doing them a few times a week.
